Maria Baylon

Maria began her career in financial services in 2013 at a local boutique firm and broker-dealer, where she worked with a team of financial advisors, providing administrative support and served as a liaison between clients and back-office operations. Maria joined Mercer Advisors via the Private Asset Management, Inc. (“PAM”) acquisition in August 2023. Before the acquisition, she worked with PAM for seven years as part of the Operations team. In addition to ensuring continuous and high-level client service, she and her team collaborated with the wealth advisory teams and internal departments to improve and evolve operational efficiencies. Maria enjoys working with her clients and colleagues and is passionate about offering the best service possible. Born, raised, and living in sunny San Diego, CA, she enjoys relaxing by the pool, going to the beach, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family.
