Josh Cogan

Josh joined Mercer Advisors as chief of staff in 2024. In this role, he partners with company leadership on key strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional client service. He started his career in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs and later worked at Genstar Capital, investing in successful wealth management companies and other businesses within the broader financial services space. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
