Jeff has served as a wealth manager since 1984. In 1989, Jeff established a fee-only wealth management firm, which merged to form Lokken, Chesnut, & Cape in 1993. Jeff served as CEO of the firm until he joined FIM Group and then Mercer Advisors. As Client Advisor, Jeff leverages his expertise in financial, tax, and business planning to oversee the design and implementation of investment strategies for clients. Jeff received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, an M.S. from Winona State, and an M.S. from the College for Financial Planning. Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and holds the ChFC certification. Outside of the office, Jeff spends much of his time with his wife, Patti, and their five grandchildren.

Prior to joining the financial industry, Jason spent twelve years as a Global Technical Account Manager and Sales Engineer for SAP BusinessObjects. Jason earned his B.S. in Mathematics from Wartburg College. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and is a member of NAPFA. He lives in La Crosse, WI with his wife, Amy, and their four children.

Merideth began her financial career in 2003 as a client service associate at FIM Group. At FIM Group Merideth provided service to clients professionally, responding to regular inquiries, assisted clients in transferring funds, issuing checks and ensured all suitable and required account documents were acquired. Merideth excels at communicating with other financial consultants on her team by informing them of details and activities associated with client transactions and accounts.
Merideth became a member of Mercer Advisors in December of 2018 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in client service. At Mercer Advisors, Merideth is committed to continue establishing and maintaining strong client relationships providing exceptional service.
When Merideth is not at work she enjoys the beautiful town of Traverse City where she enjoys several community events and festivals, attending the farmers market, dining at the great restaurants and enjoying the beauty of the four seasons in Michigan.

Lucas has been providing high-net worth families with investment management guidance, trust design, and comprehensive financial planning since 2014. As Regional Vice President, Lucas is responsible for introducing new and prospective clients to Mercer Advisors and enjoys mapping out holistic wealth management strategies that help clients achieve their economic freedom. Prior to Mercer Advisors, Lucas oversaw trust services at FIM Group, which he joined after serving as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a software development company. Lucas earned his B.A. from Rockhurst University and M.A. from Creighton University. He holds CTFA® and CES® designations, in addition to a FINRA Series 65 license. Lucas lives in La Crosse, WI with his wife and their two young children.

There she earned experience working as an Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, Client Service Associate, Client Service Manager and Client Service Director. Haiden’s experience and broad expertise contributes to her ability to identify complete solutions for clients. She continues to develop her passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives and leads a team of service specialists providing high-quality customer service and elevated support to individuals and families. During non-business hours, Haiden can be found volunteering with local non-profit organizations, spending time outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.

First with a U.S. Bank, she transitioned to wealth management in 2016 at Stifel Nicolaus Investments before joining Mercer Advisors in 2020. Haana graduated with a BA in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Outside the office, Haana enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, playing volleyball, and exploring the beautiful La Crosse area.

She’s been recognized by the Thrive Awards, named a Top Woman Advisor by Forbes and a top 40 Under 40 Advisor by InvestmentNews. Laura sits on the steering committee for Mercer Advisors’ award-winning InvestHERs women’s initiative, is a member of the Financial Planning Association, mentors through Mercer’s Mentorship program and the Leeds Professional Mentorship Program at the University of Colorado. She has a degree in Communications from Wheaton College. Laura lives in Boulder with her husband and children.
