Elizabeth Hioe

Elizabeth joined Mercer Advisors in 2024 as chief people officer with more than 20 years of experience in talent management and strategic leadership. Most recently, she was chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer for Standard Industries. Prior to that, she was a partner and senior leader of the organization practice at McKinsey & Company. Elizabeth graduated with a B.S. in chemical engineering from Rice University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is on the boards of Denver Center for the Performing Arts as well as Presenting Denver. She lives in Denver with her husband and two daughters.
