Emily Ferrazzo

Emily joined Mercer Advisors in 2024. She began her career in the retirement field with a third-party administration firm in 2020 and immediately found a passion for the industry. She obtained her QKA® in 2023, recognizing her as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator via the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. Emily is enthusiastic about providing retirement education for plan sponsors and participants, as well as plan design optimization. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2014. Emily enjoys making a difference in her workplace and community, organizing regular volunteer events with local nonprofits. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, biking, spending time with her dog Casper, and exploring state and national parks with family and friends.
