Emily Ferrazzo

Emily joined Mercer Advisors in 2024, bringing with her a passion for the retirement field that began in 2020 with a third-party administration firm. Prior to Mercer Advisors, she served as a client relationship associate at USI Consulting Group. In 2023, Emily earned her QKA® designation, recognizing her as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Emily is enthusiastic about providing retirement education for plan sponsors and participants, as well as optimizing plan design. She finds great satisfaction in making a difference in the lives of clients and their employees, building successful retirement plans, and witnessing the moment when a key concept “clicks” for someone. Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2014.

She is an active volunteer for Commonbond Communities and Feline Rescue. In her free time, Emily enjoys cooking, biking, spending time with her husband and dog, and exploring state and national parks with family and friends.
