Jamie Block

Jamie enjoys helping clients obtain Economic Freedom™ whether that involves passing on a legacy to their children or charities, retiring early, or using their last dollar to pay for their funeral. Jamie was previously a principal at Wealth Design Services, which joined Mercer Advisors in 2017. Prior, she worked at CPA firm Davie Kaplan and began her career in 1999 at Farm Credit of WNY. Jamie was inspired to prioritize her education and be financially savvy by seeing her mom financially struggle after divorce. Jamie earned a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA in accounting from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business. She is a past president of the Financial Planning Association of Greater Rochester. A native of Upstate New York, Jamie spent 13 years as treasurer of her church and is a life member of Victor Farmington Volunteer Ambulance. She has a passion for Scuba diving and is a certified PADI open water and advanced diver.
