Since 2014, Lucas has been committed to helping individuals, families, and institutions achieve their financial goals. Before joining Mercer Advisors in 2018, he led trust services at FIM Group and served as vice president of marketing and sales for a software development company in Chicago. He holds a B.A. from Rockhurst University, an M.A. from Creighton University, and the CTFA® and CES® designations. Currently, Lucas is pursuing an Executive MBA at UW-Madison. In his free time, Lucas coaches youth hockey and enjoys reading and writing creative fiction. He resides in La Crosse, Wisconsin with his wife and two children where they hike, mountain bike, golf, fish, boat, snowboard/ski, and live at the hockey rink in winter.
