Michelle Soucie

Michelle is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to clients and valued support to her team. She finds great satisfaction in helping to make clients’ lives easier, living their lives to the fullest, and making the most of their hard-earned resources. Michelle’s career has always been client focused.

She began in 1992 as a mediator between clients and franchise owners for a global firm. She then moved to private banking at Northern Trust Company. After taking a break to raise her children, she joined Vintage Financial Services which was acquired by Mercer Advisors in 2022.

Michelle graduated from Western Illinois University with a business degree, and she holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation. In her spare time, she enjoys activities with her three kids. She has coached many youth athletes in soccer and hockey and regularly volunteers at charities.

A musician, Michelle writes her own music and performs on local stages. She is also the author of the book “A Mother’s Manual for Self-Care.” A lifelong resident of Kalamazoo, she believes there is no better place to call home, even during the long winters.
