Paul Baumbach

Paul founded Mallard Financial Partners in 1996, which joined Mercer Advisors in 2023. He takes pride in being the first person clients reach out to when they face financial concerns and works diligently to address these concerns. Paul’s goal is to chart a financial path that maximizes the quality of his clients’ lives and helps them avoid financial worries. Paul holds a B.S. from the University of Delaware and an M.S. from Villanova University. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certifications. From 2012 to 2024, Paul served as a Delaware State Representative and currently serves on the Delaware State Employees Benefit Committee. He is a board member of the Delaware Coalition Against Gun Violence and the Attachment & Biobehavioral Catch-up Parenting Institute. Paul and his wife Pam met at the University of Delaware and established themselves in Newark in 1990, where they raised their son. In the winter, you might find them enjoying the warmth of Florida in their fifth-wheel RV.
