Paul C. Barbehenn

Paul believes strongly in the principles of stewardship, partnership, and service, and strives to apply them to everything he does, including building client relationships. He understands the value of being the proverbial “steady hand at the wheel” when helping clients simplify their financial lives and achieve their goals. Paul was a founder of Andesa Financial Management, which joined Mercer Advisors in 2023. He began his career in 2000 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Penn State University. He also earned Chartered Financial Analyst® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certifications. A native of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, Paul lives in Macungie with his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters who he enjoys watching grow musically and athletically. Paul and Melissa believe that being engaged and constructive members of their community is both a privilege and responsibility. Paul is the Board Chair for the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown and serves on the boards of the Priority One Foundation and the Wildlands Conservancy. Outside the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and watching Philadelphia sports. They have Penn State football season tickets and Paul loves sharing the experience with friends and extended family.
