Before joining Mercer Advisors in 2025, Tavia worked with a wealth management team in Tennessee which helped her to understand clients’ unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. She is passionate about solving challenges and helping clients achieve their goals and finds it rewarding to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, Tavia enjoys spending time in nature, hiking with her dog, traveling, and camping.
